At no point in the 7 phone and email conversations I had with them throughout the year and three months until our wedding did any person caution me that the hydroplane races were being held that day. We booked the Conservatory at the end of May 2018. We wound up moving our ceremony to our reception location an hour and fifteen minutes before we were supposed to walk down the aisle. This venue, as beautiful as it is, is not worth the $300 compared to the time, distress, and let down my groom and I dealt with. They have failed in every way possible and are completely ill-equipped to handle wedding events. My wedding day which nearly ruined our ceremony.
